I’ve been working with Delprado neon signs for over two years now, and Mary has always done exceptional work for me and at incredible prices she’s always been at least 20% more competitive than any other neon sign group and the quality is always superior to the signage groups I’ve used before. I am a Liquor Broker so I come in contact with a number of liquor stores and restaurants that are always in need for updated projects and I’ve never had a single complaint , in fact, the majority of clients I recommend use Del Prado usually order more than one after the initial Project Highly recommended

I needed a last minute neon sign and signage for my new business because the company I previously hired totally messed up the delivery schedule for my neon and misspelled my businesses signs. I had a contacted DelPrado Signs, explained the situation and that my business was opening in days and needed the signs expedited. Without any hesitation or delay, Mary created a mock up and sent over proposal, she assured me the sign would be ready and installed before my shops opening. She delivered on time and in such a professional way that I had no worries. I will always go to DelPrado for all my signage needs and so should you! Thank you DelPrado

Mary's amazing! I arranged for a neon piece for my partner's birthday and Mary was so responsive to my requests, she iterated a few times on the design and came up with a design that was better than my original idea. She was under other tight deadlines at the time, but managed to complete my piece by my partner's birthday, which was so meaningful. The piece she made exceeded my expectations! It is so beautiful and well made. It has more significance for me too because it was handmade by an artist locally. 100% worth it. In addition to that, Mary did a great job managing expectations and communicating with me clearly and promptly. This was a really special gift and MAN did she follow through! If I were to have another neon piece made, I would DEFINITELY work with Mary and have already recommended her to business owners that I know.

Hands down the best customer service by far. Mary is a remarkable individual. I needed some displays made for my OneTouchMassage company for a event I was having and even though it was short notice she still was able to pull off the impossible. Thank you Thank You 🙏🏾

Loved working with Mary! She is very creative, timely, and great customer service. She created several options for us and met our deadline. So nice in a creative environment! I highly recommend this company and plan to do future projects, as well.
