I would like to take a moment to recognize the outstanding work this company has provided to us over the years. I work for The Eberly Company, and as a property management firm, we rely on their services across multiple buildings throughout Los Angeles, Glendale, Beverly Hills, the Valley, and surrounding areas. While we have worked with other companies offering similar services, none have matched the level of professionalism and reliability that Fraker Fire consistently delivers. Their customer service truly sets them apart. They handle every job responsibly, schedule appointments promptly without long delays, and are always available for emergencies when we need to meet compliance requirements on short notice. Additionally, everyone in their office is highly responsive and easy to work with. Fraker Fire has proven to be a dependable and valuable partner, and we greatly appreciate their continued support.

Fraker Fire Protection consistently delivers exceptional service. They are dependable, punctual, and demonstrate a high level of expertise. Their communication is prompt and reliable, and their proactive system monitoring provides real peace of mind. Moreover, their team is courteous, professional, and a pleasure to interact with. I highly recommend them.

We first hired Fraker in April 2018. All personnel were efficient, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. We were so grateful for Fraker's help last year with our sprinkler maintenance. Now, in March 2019, we are now required to comply with local government ordinances and brand new issues with our sprinklers. Again, all Fraker's personnel are very informative and efficient. In particular, my questions were answered immediately and we are so appreciate of their cordial service and guidance with this current headache. Shawn and Fabby were extraordinarily patient and efficient handling my numerous questions I highly recommend this company!!

For testing the two central fire alarms at out sprawling 50-unit apartment building in Thousand Oaks, the past fire alarm testers had to be chased repeatedly, over months, to get the Fire Alarm test results and heaven forbid if any parts needed replacement. The last one tested it in July, and after numerous calls, messages and emails over months, sent a half-baked incomplete report in November for only one alarm system, in spite of testing for both. Then I did my due research and was very fortunate to find Fraker Fire Protection. I found Shawn Fraker, the accounts manager, very response, courteous, returned calls and of course they were busy (you will be busy when you are good!), but accommodated us and scheduled a day and time. Their technician, Bobby Brown, who tested the Fire Alarm systems, was very knowledgeable and explained everything to the resident manager about the test and the operation of the central fire alarm system; way above the call of duty. The amazing thing was I got his detailed report by email from Shawn on the same day as the test! I have not seen such astounding efficiency! Have you? I immediately requested him to put our property on their schedule for the annual testing (required by the Ventura Fire Department) for next year and he did so. If you want excellent service (who doesn’t?) in testing your fire alarm system and certification, then you will do yourself a favor by contacting Fraker Fire Protection. I highly recommend them.

I work for a company in Cerritos and after getting an inspection form the fire department for our sprinkler system I wasn't exactly sure what the next step on getting our sprinkler system up to date would be. I looked around at about four or five different companies and landed on Fraker Fire. I WILL ABSOLUTELY USE THEM AGAIN! Shawn was the first person i spoke with and he was able to get us squeezed in ASAP. Robert did our inspection the day we accepted the quote and he was very knowledgeable about the whole system we had and answered every question. Everyone I spoke with at this company was very respectful and kind. I absolutely will recommend them.
