Had a great experience with Daniel. Was logging in and he came over to help me before I got my info entered. Had an issue with the high monthly cost. He suggested ways I could cut costs and I will be turning in some equipment, disconnected my 43-year old land line, and saved some on internet costs. Thanks Daniel!

The system is pretty efficient but they're always seems to be a lack of people working. Then there's this weird lax between a customer service representative finishing up with one customer before calling another. At times it felt like it was 2 minutes wait in between customers.

Those negative reviews are true! Horrible customer service. I just need to pick up the equipment and the staff ( I can tell he is new) refused to give me as my first name was not exactly same as my DL although all information are correct. He asked the manager and the manager also said the same thing but in RUDE way. He yelled on me and say No. I asked if he can help me to update my information. The manager said 'NO, nothing we can do!" I forgot the manager's name and just a quick look at his name tag.. spelljng like " cuog." Anyway, if I can give a zero star, I would absolutely do that.

Daniel was a superstar for us today!! We had a complex phone plan change involving multiple lines from different providers (including a compulsory phone change). He was incredibly patient and very helpful throughout.
He answered all our questions and waited as we translated all of them to Vietnamese for our parents. He even paid attention to my same lower price range for a new phone without having to ask or seriously upsell (which we are very cautious about).
Side note: booking ahead will definitely save you time!

Spectrum wait just to return defective equip became ridiculous long even with an appointment. This store is basically a cellular phone store now with long wait times as sales people are talking about data plans and cell phone features. Don’t come here and drop off at UPS instead. Ridiculous there isn’t a dedicated equipment drop off.
