Complete no-show. Don't waste your time. I scheduled an installation window weeks in advance, took time off work to be home, and Frontier never showed up. No call, no text, and no explanation. Trying to get a hold of customer service to reschedule was a nightmare. If this is how they treat new customers, I’d hate to see how they treat long-term ones. Save yourself the stress and go with someone else.

Quit using Verizon save yourself from over charging, poor communication, and constant internet drop out. Your good enough to find better services

Do not bother with this company. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I moved out a few months ago in Feb and I'm STILL getting a bill even though I called several times to cancel, but they refused to cancel me because I didnt have a pin number saved. It is now Sept 2nd. Unbelievable!!! Too bad there's no ZERO stars.

I am sure many of you have Frontier as your internet provider and you must be happy. I have been trying to get this to my house as well since May and it is now July 30th. I was told that fios was at my house and when they came to install the router the tech found out it was not. Today was the third attempt to get the equipment installed and the tech confirmed again that the cable has not been pulled from the pole. Wasting my time for the third time. I tried calling and it is almost impossible to speak to a human being. After half an hour of trying to reach someone and being disconnected several times I finally spoke to Steve and I was able to cancel the service I never received. Good luck to any new customers and congratulations to all of you that already have it. This has been the worst experience and waste of time with and cable/TV/internet company.

The worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. I have Frontier's fiber internet, it's great when it's working but when it goes down forget it. The customer service is worthless. It's been a week now and still no Internet service repair. Everyone from the Agents to the Supervisors are sympathetic but nobody does anything to get the service back up and running. They care nothing about their customers. Latest problem they claim is their fiber box on the telephone pole is defective and a "ticket" has been created to have someone from their "Fiber Construction Unit" come out and replace it but have to wait for them to contact me by text with date/time they will be out. This is unacceptable. Looking for other interest services.
