We had a great experience working with Equal Construction on our ADU and addition projects in Whittier that were burned during a fire. From the beginning Carlos took care of the design and planning to building our ADU from the ground up. His team was professional, and paid attention to detail and that made the entire process less stressful as we were dealing with homeowners insurance issues. The disgn phase was quick in 3 week but the permitting process was lengthy about 6 weeks. Carlos worked fast to get the building & safety and public works approval stamps. He updated us as soon as he had updates. He kept us informed throughout the process. Carlos and his team were always responsive to our questions, and made sure every trade was completed with quality workmanship. The finished ADU and addition werw everything we expected and it's clear that he takes pride in his work. If you're looking for a trustworthy contractor to handle your ADU project from start to finish, we deff recommend Equal Construction. We are happy with the results and would work with them again.

We recently had our bathroom remodeled and a wall issue repaired, and we had a wonderful experience with this company. What stood out the most was their excellent communication throughout the entire project. They truly put their clients first and made us feel included in every decision along the way. Especially Carlos, who was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He took the time to answer all of our questions, address any concerns, and make sure we felt comfortable with every decision being made. His professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication to customer satisfaction made a huge difference in our overall experience. Unlike some other companies we have worked with in the past, this team made a genuine effort to listen to our preferences and ensure the final result matched our vision. We always felt heard and valued as customers. I especially appreciated how quickly they responded whenever we reached out. Knowing that any question or concern would be addressed promptly gave us peace of mind throughout the project. We are extremely happy with the quality of the work and the overall experience. We will definitely choose them again for future home improvement projects and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality workmanship, excellent communication, and outstanding customer service.

Big ups to Carlos and his team. They are very respectful, professional, and work fast. Carlos listened and made adjustments when needed instead of just leaving the job unfinished. You can tell they care about doing quality work and making sure the customer is happy. I truly appreciate their hard work and would definitely recommend them. I will definitely go back to them for future home remodeling or repairs.
