Their material and fixture selections were well chosen, which made the remodeling process much easier and saved us from making extra trips. On the rare occasion something needed adjustment, they gladly corrected it until it matched our expectations. Kai also brought strong design sense and smart space planning ideas, while still listening to our style preferences and keeping the project within budget. The finished home looks beautiful and feels thoughtfully rebuilt. I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing fire damage restoration, renovation, or home remodeling work in Whittier.

kai, lucas, and their crew at new vision floors did an excellent job on our full home remodel in whittier, including the kitchen, two bathrooms, electrical updates throughout the house, wall removal, new hardwood flooring, and more. the whole process was smooth from start to finish. they were easy to reach, showed up on time, paid close attention to every detail, and delivered quality craftsmanship in every part of the renovation. they were also friendly, respectful, and easy to work with during the entire project. the remodel was finished on schedule and stayed within our budget, which made a big difference for us. since we were not living in the home during construction, they even installed cameras so we could check on the progress and feel more at ease. they also handled permits and inspections directly with the city, which took a lot of stress off our shoulders. our updated home looks beautiful, feels much more open and functional, and we are extremely happy with the final results. we highly recommend their team for any home remodeling project.

The team did an outstanding job on our home remodel. We added a new bathroom and bedroom, and also relocated the old bathroom, so the project ended up feeling like two new bedrooms, two new bathrooms, and a full bedroom renovation. Clarence was professional from the very first meeting and made the whole process easy to understand. He showed us a 3D design of the plans, which really helped us picture the layout, and the finished work looked even better than we expected. We got several bids, and this one was fair and reasonable. What mattered most to us was having one main contractor we could talk to throughout the entire remodel. Clarence stayed involved from start to finish, answered every question clearly, and handled the few small concerns right away with a quick call or text. The communication was steady, and that gave us a lot of confidence during the construction process. Another big plus was that we were able to stay in our home while the work was being done, which made a major room addition and bathroom remodel much less stressful. The crew kept the job moving, stayed organized, and respected our living space. The project was completed on schedule and fully met our expectations. We are very happy with the craftsmanship, layout changes, and final finishes, and we would gladly call them again for any future home improvement work.

We wanted to replace all of our interior doors, and we quickly learned this kind of home remodeling project is more complicated than it seems. Rather than risk delays or uneven workmanship, we chose New Vision Floors for a more professional experience. Our contractor, Kai, handled the full process from planning and material ordering to installation, trim work, and painting touch-ups. Communication stayed clear from start to finish, and the project moved along smoothly without us having to chase updates. The new doors are a big upgrade for our home. They feel sturdier than standard retail options, help reduce noise between rooms, and gave the interior a cleaner, more finished look. The improved fit and finish also made the whole space feel more custom and polished. One thing we really appreciated was not being pushed into technical decisions we were not qualified to make. Kai guided us through the remodeling process, explained the important choices in simple terms, and made sure the final result matched our home and budget. That kind of experience is exactly why hiring a skilled professional matters. We also appreciated that the work was scheduled honestly and started in a reasonable timeframe. There was no pressure, no drawn-out waiting period, and no confusion about next steps. When a small painting detail was not done to the expected standard, Kai caught it right away and had it corrected before we even mentioned it. That level of care, follow-through, and integrity stood out. After dealing with promises from other contractors in the past, this project felt refreshingly dependable. We now feel comfortable having Kai back in our home and plan to hire him again for future remodeling work, including other interior finish upgrades. We would gladly recommend this team to friends and neighbors.
