Eladio from Happy Camper did an awesome job and really helped get to the bottom of an issue with my AC drain line. I have two AC systems, and after another technician Michael cleared the drain line, I was told to keep an eye on it and make sure water was flowing properly. The next day I noticed the drain lines outside were completely dry, so I called Happy Camper back. They sent Eladio out, and he went the extra mile to figure out what was actually happening. He crawled underneath the house and discovered that the drain lines from my two AC systems had been tied together, which explained why I wasn’t seeing water where I expected it. I really appreciate the effort from the guys especially during these hot summer days

First of all, can’t say enough about Happy Camper from first contact with Jocelyn, to finished install, Michael, Eladio, Benjamin, and Roberto were top rate. Happy is in their name but also you can tell they really enjoy their profession. Michael came out to diagnose our situation and provided us with several options and even drew a diagram of the system so we could better understand the situation. They went above and beyond in every aspect. Eladio expertly facilitated the installation, providing explanations at each stage in the process, and along with Serge completed final testing and explained how the system works. The previous install had some structural issues which Roberto expertly addressed, although it added time and sweat to his job. The attention to detail by Happy Camper is top notch, and refreshing to experience, albeit rarely seen in this day and age. Benjamin was very patient as he walked a tech deficient veteran through the programming of the new thermostat. Lastly Juan, the owner came out twice to see if we had any questions and to check the installation, this is almost unheard these days. We will be using Happy Camper for all of our future HVAC and plumbing needs! Highly recommend! (in the photos everything silver is new and was not properly installed previously)

We are absolutely blown away by the quality of repairs and customer service we received from the entire team! We called on Sunday evening with an AC not cooling issue. They sent a tech out first thing Monday who completely went through they system and gave us clear repair options. They actually recommended repairing the system and said it def had life left in it. We felt they were very honest and straightforward with everything they were saying. We ended up choosing to replace the entire system and just get it all done. They started on Tuesday morning and had multiple crews here. They were able to completely finish the job by Wednesday evening. This was very important to us as we have a three month old baby at home.
