We had a power issue at our home where several rooms suddenly lost electricity, and Justin did an excellent job diagnosing the problem and getting our power restored. He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to figure out what was going on with our older electrical system. If you’re looking for a reliable electrician in Long Beach for electrical troubleshooting, power outages, electrical repairs, or problems with an older electrical panel, I definitely recommend giving them a call. I called this company on a whim. I saw the sign on a random street in my neighborhood (Whittier, CA) and decided to try them out. They are offering a free "summer tune up" for the AC unit to make sure everything is working well. Tommy was my tech. I am so grateful I got him. He was kind, patient, knowledgeable and took the time to explain things to me so I understood what was happening and how to maintain my AC unit. I joined the membership same day, not because I felt forced or coerced, but because I instantly felt at ease that I was receiving the best service. I have dealt with so many different companies and never had them return because I felt like I was being swindled. This company went above and beyond for the "summer tune up" service, it was a no brainer to join the yearly membership. I highly recommend to try out the summer special to see for yourself.

First, I must say that Justin was amazing!! He was kind, personable, and extremely knowledgeable and informative. He was honest with me and explained the various reasons for the needed repairs without pressuring me. He took the time to actually show me what he found, good or bad. It truly was a pleasure, and it is because of Justin that Harmony is at the top of my list.

I’m really happy with Harmony Electric! Adrian was super nice and respectful—he even brought his own boot covers and wiped up any drywall dust that ended up on the floor! Communication was good and the whole process was easy. I had one large light fixture swapped out for an even bigger and heavier one and it looks great. The price was within the range of what I found when I googled how much a job like this should cost.

Adrian from Harmony was amazing. We had an electrical emergency - smelled burning and a number of our outlets weren't working, with the breaker tripping. Adrian showed up just 15 minutes after we called Harmony and immediately got to work. He was professional, kind, and passionate. He diagnosed the issue quickly, and then spent an hour here making sure to check his work and do his diligence. This entire consultation and diagnosis was free of charge, and Adrian was transparent, open, and honest about next steps. We feel entirely comfortable with him and Harmony and look forward to working together with them on any future electrical work necessary.
