0 STARS — Absolutely horrible and dishonest experience. This company completely wasted our time and handled the entire situation in a way that felt extremely dishonest. They sent a designer to our home, went through everything with us, finalized the design, and got us ready for installation. Then, basically at the last minute, we were told the original designer was “new” and had supposedly priced everything incorrectly. Suddenly, a completely different person was involved and the price changed dramatically. What makes this even worse is that they started removing the features and details we originally wanted, changing things to much more basic options, yet somehow the price was still extremely high. Why wasn’t this caught BEFORE we spent all this time designing, planning, and preparing for installation? Why wait until the last minute to suddenly blame the previous designer and come back with a completely different price? It honestly feels like a bait-and-switch: give customers an attractive price, get them invested and waste their time, then bring in someone else and try to charge them much more. We decided to cancel, and their designer told us the cancellation fee would be waived and our deposit would be refunded. We have already contacted them about getting our deposit back and have been waiting, but now they have gone completely silent and are not even responding to us. They wasted our time, created unnecessary stress, changed the price at the last minute, and now we are having to chase them just to get our own money back. Absolutely ridiculous. Extremely unprofessional, dishonest, and disrespectful of customers’ time and money. I would NOT recommend Closet World to anyone. Be extremely careful before giving this company your time or money.

I had such a great experience working with Karina Jimenez! She was so nice, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. She really took the time to listen to what I wanted and created a great design that worked perfectly for my needs and space. She was very thorough, explained everything clearly, and answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed or pressured, which I really appreciated. Karina made the whole process easy and enjoyable, and I’m very happy with the design she created. I would definitely recommend working with her!

Karina Jimenez was our certified designer and she was professional and easy to work with, especially when we changed the design of each closet 3 times. I would highly recommend Karina to my friends and family. Thank you Karina for all your patience and for listening to me babble on about my family. No photos yet because the 3 closets are getting done on June 18. I will send a before and after photo of my closet that was done recently by closet world

We recently completed our closet project with Closet World and could not be happier with the entire experience. After several meetings with our sales representative, Claudia, we finalized the designs for all of the closets in our home. She did an amazing job bringing everything together. The designs were beautiful, functional, and exactly what we were looking for. Claudia was professional, patient, and very detail-oriented throughout the entire process. When it came time for installation, the scheduling department contacted us promptly and made the process very easy. On the day of installation, our installers, Mario and Jesus, arrived on time and were extremely professional from start to finish. They communicated with us throughout the installation, worked efficiently, and completed everything within just a few hours. Their workmanship and attention to detail were excellent. The closets turned out absolutely beautiful, and we are very impressed with the final result. After the installation, their manager Spencer even called to personally make sure everything had been completed properly and that we were satisfied. That level of customer service and follow-up truly stood out to us. We sincerely appreciate the professionalism, communication, and quality work provided by the entire Closet World team. We highly recommend Closet World to anyone looking for custom closets or home organization projects.

I’ve been living in a new construction for 5 years with limited storage space and a smaller sized walk-in closet that was not optimized at all. I literally had stuff stuff EVERYWHERE but especially all over the floors to the back under my clothes. The lack of organization started making me unhappy. Honestly I was very skeptical that the designer would somehow find more room for me in my limited walk-in closet space and I was scared I’d pay a bunch of money to basically be no better off. But Penelope Pattee was able to design exactly what I needed to somehow fit all my things in a more organized, easy to access way without having to compromise or get rid of a bunch of my things or continue to have stuff all over the floors. I was literally able to fit everything back in, in a neat and tidy way. Also worth noting while it’s obvious Penelope’s job is to sell things, I didn’t feel super “pressured” and she was very reassuring, explained everything to me patiently, and just overall made the whole process go very smoothly. Luis Marauilla the senior installer was also absolutely fantastic as well. He and his coworker worked very efficiently, finishing all this is a handful of hours. They also left no damage to my dry wall or paint and left no mess, which I’m very appreciative of. Really happy with the closet and new cabinets they installed and glad I trusted Penelope abdf the process. The additions look like they came with the home and you’d wouldn’t even notice they were added years later. This added so much needed organization and storage that I know will also increase my home value. 10/10 would highly recommend and will use again.
