We had a great experience with this company from start to finish. Their communication was excellent, especially Janet—she was responsive, helpful, and kept us updated the whole way through. Pricing was very reasonable, and their attention to detail during the termite inspection really stood out. They found clear evidence of subterranean termites and thoroughly inspected under the entire house, which another company didn’t even do. They also completed repairs to our termite-damaged wood and did an excellent job. Highly recommend them for anyone needing an honest and detailed termite inspection and repair.

I recently worked with Mystical Termite Exterminators on a termite inspection for an older home in Lakewood, and I couldn’t be more impressed! They were professional, punctual, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. What stood out most was how thorough and interactive they were with my client. They explained every finding in detail and even provided photos so my client could clearly understand the issues. Their recommended solutions gave my client complete peace of mind moving forward with the purchase. As a realtor, I truly value vendors who take the extra time to educate and reassure clients. I would absolutely use Mystical Termite Exterminators again and highly recommend them to anyone in need of termite services!

Albert has been a pleasure to work with! He's thorough and gives comprehensive rundowns of his inspections, along with honest advice on any treatment needed. Pricing is great for the value he's bringing to us in the process of purchasing a home. I'll definitely give Mystical Exterminators a call next time I'm in need of an inspection!

OVERALL: HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I was referred by the pest control company I use. I found termite droppings late at night and phoned Mystical Termite Exterminators at 7am. The v-mail indicated you can also text, which I did. Janet responded immediately. To my surprise, they were able to schedule me that same day (other companies I reached out to told me 3-5 days out!). This was definitely appreciated! CUSTOMER SERVICE/PROFESSIONALISM: Very professional and they came with booties (shoe protectors). Albert and Anthony arrived and communicated/explained the process the entire time. Albert was very knowledgeable and I felt very safe to have both of them in my home and around my dog. They were very friendly! COMPLETION OF JOB: I have high ceilings and they needed to use an extended ladder, which had to be brought in through the third floor patio. They performed this and brought in their equipment with extra care. They took care of the termite kick-out hole and ensured areas near by were also treated. CLEANLINESS: Overall, they did a great job and a clean job! I would've preferred that they vacuumed prior to treating, since the droppings spread and made it harder for me to clean after. To clarify, they vacuum the droppings the best they can, but because my bed had to be moved, it caused the droppings to spread on the floor (so this is not a fault of theirs). PRICING: Very happy with their service and reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again and have already referred them to my neighbors!

Janet & Albert at Mystical were awesome. Great people to work with; they were prompt and offer competitive pricing. I highly recommend them, especially if you’re in the Whittier or surrounding areas. Thank you Janet for your help on such short notice.
