This visit was much more efficient than my previous experience with another plumber, as they identified and repaired the kitchen sink leak within an hour without any unnecessary steps. It's been a week since the fix, and there have been no further issues.

The plumber fixed the leaky faucet efficiently and was careful to avoid any damage to the surrounding area, though I would have appreciated a clearer explanation of the replacement part costs upfront. Overall, it was a positive experience with only this slight oversight in communication.

Brian and his guys did a great job on my bathroom remodel and water heater replacement. I would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

Plumber Brian McCutcheon is very knowledgeable and did a great job. They follow up with text messages with set appointments so if you don’t get one make sure you call them. The switchboard operator is wonderful to work with or else I would have lost it when they forgot their appointment. People do make mistakes but when they’re honest and take accountability it shows great character. Ask for Brian he’s the owner and he knows his stuff.

I am a new homeowner in the Los Angeles area and I recently hired Brian, from Simpli Plumbing to replace my water heater. The existing water heater was very old and apparently in past maintenance service the wrong parts were used, which posed a safety issue. It was easy to schedule with Brian and his team to get my new water heater installed and working!
