I do not recommend using Illi Commercial as a management company. They are way behind on handling issues and keep taking on more clients without improving. They locked me into a 2-year contract, and after six months, my tenants are still calling me about problems that haven’t been fixed. On top of that, every month they send me extra charges that I supposedly owe them. Really frustrating experience — stay away if you can!
