Kobi, David, and crew were fantastic to work with. We couldn't be happier with our refinished floors and new wood floors to match. We had a tight timeline, and Prime hardwood floors showed up the next business day to make it happen. Their pricing was competitive, communication thorough and responsive, and end results of their work exceeded our expectations. Our wood floors had areas with significant wear, and after refinishing they look brand new. We also added wood floors to a previously carpeted area, and the new floors matched identically to the existing adjacent floors. I would definitely work with them again!

Wanted a raw wood look for my old red oak floors and had to really poke around to find the right company to do it - the other 2 offered something similar but not exact. David suggested a few options and Loba invisible ended up being the perfect one for us (not an option that was given by other companies). It was also amazing that their bid was the lowest one of 3! Overall I am thrilled with my experience.

Prime Custom Hardwood Floors installed hardwood flooring in our bedroom and bedroom closet as well as new baseboard throughout our Santa Monica condo. They were very responsive, responded quickly and completed the job ahead of the original schedule. They took care of a few extras to improve the appearance of our place and we would definitely hire them again for other similar work.

Woodland Hills Hardwood Floors is a very professional company. They kept working on my hardwood floor until it met with their professional standards. It turned out beautiful! I will definitely use them again.

We needed hardwood floors for our guest room and we got this amazing referral from our neighbor, which I am now so thankful to share. I had a vision for our guest room and David made it happen! David was so friendly and fun to work with. He is very professional. I was very specific on the type of flooring I wanted and David and his crew paid special attention to detail and made it happen for us. The crew was very clean and careful so there was no extra work for me or mess. Everything turned out exactly the way I wanted and there was great communication throughout! We love his work and plan on using him again!
