I needed an emergency AC repair as we were in day 2 of the most bizarre week of heatwave in March, as if it’s mid August! My A/C wasn’t responding and giving a communication error. I called 3 places. All were busy and gave me an appt for 2 to 3 days later. Ernest called on his way to another job to if he could come by. Unfortunately I didn’t hear the call. I called him back. I was around 8pm. He was already on his way to another site and apologized. Half hour later, he called and said he could be at my place in 10. He arrived, fixed the communication problem. Added add’l A/C liquid. Showed the results on his special meter and charged a reasonable amount, given I being way after hours. And he had a friendly attitude. I am keeping his # for future and would hire him again, definitely.

Ernie was the first to respond to my AC repair job request. He even offered to come out that same evening, but I was too overwhelmed and asked him to come the next day. He was the third company to come out and offered me the best service and price. He even made the repair on the spot in less than an hour. So happy to have cool air again!

I called a different company and they charge me $125 visit fee and they came the following day And they told me I have a shortage in my system and in order to fix it it’s additional $450 So I decided to look around and I was referred by a friend of mine so I ended up calling Ernie !!! Ernie is a very good , quick and honest. And not costly comparing to different companies. He came in within 30 minutes of your call to him. it turned out with just a fuse . but he was honest about it, not like the other company I highly suggest him. I will definitely tell family and friends about him.
