Behnaz and her husband are amazing and very helpful with everything and got me a competitive rate that I'm grateful for

I've had a very disappointing experience with Express One Insurance Agency. Behnaz Ghiasi set me up with a home insurance policy, but when I needed to file a claim, she told me to contact insurance company directly and offered no guidance or support whatsoever. On top of that, when my mortgage company requested proof of insurance, Express One failed to send the documentation-even after multiple follow-ups. The lack of communication and accountability is incredibly frustrating. I do NOT recommend this broker to anyone looking for reliable or responsive insurance service.

As a business owner, I can't stress enough how important reliable insurance is. I've been working with Express One Insurance Agency for all my insurance needs, both for my company and my personal assets, and they are absolutely fantastic! From the very first interaction, they've been incredibly friendly and approachable. What truly sets them apart is their responsiveness. Whenever I have a question or need assistance, they get back to me incredibly fast, which is crucial when dealing with time-sensitive matters. Their customer service is simply the best I've ever experienced – they are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure I have the right coverage at the best price. I highly recommend Express One Insurance Agency to any business owner or individual looking for a top-notch insurance agency!

Been with this company for quite a few years. Love the small business feel you have while in side working with them. The owner loves kids too and will do what ever she needs to keep the little ones happy.

We have been using their service for 3 years now, regarding car , trailer and also small business insurance. Hooman always offered us the best deal, took time to explain the details of policies and is always very reactive for any changes we need to make. Highly recommended!
