I was a Gaspar customer about 10 years ago. Yesterday (Thursday), I called them for an auto insurance quote. A young lady told me they didn’t have anyone available for auto insurance that day and asked me to call back tomorrow. I called again today (Friday), and she gave me the same answer. I mentioned that I was the same person who had called yesterday, and she still said no one was available. She explained that their representatives were spending time with their families because Monday is a holiday. I’m not sure if the management has changed or if customer service standards have declined, but this was a frustrating and disappointing experience.

I reached out to Gaspar to see if i could save money on our family car insurance. I was transferred to Pam and she was absolutely wonderful to work with from the very beginning. I have been with Jeff at Gaspar since 2011. Every interaction I've had with him or his associates has been nothing but pleasant and helpful. They have excellent communication and are always on top of anything I've ever needed addressed, (add a car, remove a car, add a driver, etc). Have there been increases in our premium? Several times. We've also had decreases! But that's not in the hands of Gaspar or Jeff, these are price increases for the entire state of California and we know that, so I would never review based on the increases. When I shopped in 2011, I got the lowest quote from Jeff out of a handful of other quotes. I also re-shopped a couple of times in the first few years to make sure we were getting the best deal, and we always were, so I stopped shopping, and I trust in Gaspar to always take care of me!!

I've been with Jeff and Gaspar Insurance Services for several years now and they have never let me down. From initially handling my auto and home insurance, Jeff helped me get health coverage quickly whenever I was in between jobs-- a MAJOR help when I had a medical emergency less than a week after a prior job's insurance ran out. His team helped me navigate easily through all the insurance bills and questions, minimizing my worries and preventing my total out of pockets to be FIVE TIMES what they would have been without coverage (seriously! thanks Jeff!!!). Gaspar has also been top notch at answering all my questions anytime, patiently and helping me feel more well informed than just talking directly to an insurance company. I've also referred Jeff and the company to a dozen family and friends (and their businesses!) and they've each been more pleasantly satisfied than the next with Gaspar's professional assistance. Jeff and his team really make you feel like you're a family member they care about being taken care of, and that alone is worth my business!

Gaspar Insurance have managed the insurance for my entire family and many of my friends and work colleagues for the last 15 or so years. My husband and I have all insurances through them. The customer service with our agents has always been quick and so helpful, especially as our needs have changed throughout the years and as policies can be confusing at times. Gaspar have definitely provided some competitive quotes and the organization seems to really be loved in the valley as I see them sponsoring lots of cool community and family events. Highly recommend.
