The worst customer support experience I had. A female receptionist never connects to any agent. One fine day after so many follow ups she connected to Dianne Toledo (agent) who is another person with attitude who never comes on call and when we follow up multiple times to provide quotes she doesn’t even respond to emails. Not sure if they are even interested in selling insurance!
