If I could give Mateo's Painting 10 stars I would. His team runs like a well oiled machine. I am a general contractor so I know what to look for in a relationship between client and contractor and he checks all the boxes. I highly recommend him and his team!!!!!!!!

Project: Kitchen, laundry room and a small bath refresh. Included: Paint, cabinet door reface, some tile replace, fix plaster walls. Communication - Matteo texted or called in mornings if and when his team was going to be there. At one point in job something wasn’t to our expectations - he promised to make good explained how and did it! Creative with solutions - with constraints of our job, which is small 1947 kitchen, He had ideas to make a small galley kitchen look wider and more open. Good job - Painting and colors suggested-excellent. We are happy with job overall clean, and attention to details. Cleanliness - it’s a project there is dust, but every day they did tidy up. Trash was taken away, disposed of in our trash cans and bulky items LA sanitation. Personable - Crew was nice, personable and communicative Trustworthy - they locked house after work, never entered areas of house without invitation. Estimate - True to original (we added more- he communicated prices). you pay in lump sums along way.

Mateo’s is more than a painter, he truly cares about your experience, listens to you the client and walks you through his process. He has wonderful ideas and a great eye for color. I will definitely use Mateo again and recommend him to all my family and friends who need his services.

Mateo is a true artist. Whenever I have I project I only call him because I know with confidence the work will be outstanding, the price fair and the process seamless. He is at ease and knows how to transform something into your perfect desire. A true master who is passionate about his work. The end result is nothing short of spectacular!

We rebuilt an apartment unit together. I could not have done it without him! I really don't want to review him, but rather keep him all to my self!!! Contractors with his work ethics and personal touch are indeed rare these days.
