Several heavy storms finally exposed the weaknesses in the old roof. Water collected around the drains, leaks appeared near the mechanical equipment, and our maintenance team struggled to keep up. We hired Barney Roofing to replace the roof. They removed the aging system, replaced damaged materials, corrected drainage, and installed a new PVC membrane. They also rebuilt flashing around the rooftop units and replaced worn perimeter metal. The project covered a large section of the property, so the crew worked methodically across the roof. The finished system looks well detailed, and the improved drainage became obvious during the next storm.

This was a full roof replacement on a large hip structure, roughly 9,200 square feet, for our flower shop. Evans coordinated everything, from material selection to scheduling city inspections. They replaced the old tile with a new synthetic version that’s lighter and more uniform. The roofers also rebuilt sections near the ridge to correct uneven framing before installing the new battens. It’s the kind of workmanship that lasts decades and improves both the structure and appearance at once.

We were renovating our home and needed a new roof to match the upgrades. The home had a gable roof, and we chose tile for its durability and look. Sam, Jake, and the crew rebuilt a few parts of the framing near the front-facing gables and reinforced the overhangs before installing underlayment and tiles. They gave us good tile options and explained how the system worked for drainage. Every edge was finished clean, and they replaced old metal flashing around the sidewalls. They even lined up the pattern of the tiles with the front elevation for a cleaner appearance. Our roof is now strong and blends perfectly with the upgraded exterior. It’s exactly what we needed to finish off the renovation.

We noticed our roof was sagging in one spot, and the team from Barney Roofing confirmed it was wind damage from years ago. They replaced the damaged sections with heavy duty shingles and reinforced the structure..They even fixed a few loose tiles we didn't know about. The roof looks brand new, and we feel so much safer. Thank you!!

Alex and his crew did an amazing roof installation job. They were able to remove my roof and get it done quickly enough for us to move in. They left our property cleaner than they found it. Alex himself is a nice and professional guy.
