My lease at GELB is coming to an end now,
In my experience, I can say it was a good experience. I enjoyed working with James Madden, who is the lease manager. He was honest, transparent, and understanding with me, when I had some concerns. James was great!
Only downside🚨
The second floor receptionist who always on personal calls with her AirPod in… I’m not sure of her name, The only reason my review isn’t a 5 star review is because the lack of respect she had for my tenants and I. She always seemed bothered when I’d ask a question
