Is a decent mall , located on the ground floor along Ventura Blvd where everybody can buy food, drinks, ice cream to chill in summer etc and other stuff, however I can't tell the name of the places because I not sure how this works and I don't want any issues , but whenever anyone drives in, you will find out, that's all I can say, plus it was my 1st time coming to this location, and I wish I could have found it earlier but I don't live nearby, however when I'm around I'll definitely have to come again.

Enjoyed a tasty dinner and wonderful and friendly service at so sushi. If you enjoy Japanese food at fair prices, I highly recommend you try this spot.

I really give 10 thumbs up to the awesome people who run the smoke shop here. Also the overall owners of the reasturant have always been respwctful towards me. Although, i am of the homeless community.
