These people are out of this world, spectrum and Frontier need to learn a few things on customer service and consideration from UIA! Can’t thank these people enough for the punctuality and clean speedy work they have provided for me and my little ones! Trey and his buddy/coworker are always driven to help and even the office when scheduling a maintenance were super polite. Huge Love for this internet provider!

If you have UIA as an option, don't even bother thinking about anyone else. Line goes down? They'll be out there in 20 minutes to fix it. Time to cancel service when moving away? 2 minutes and 10 second phone call. Yes, I know frontier may claim to give you fiber service too. Don't even think about it. I fell for that, once. For about a month. And then their service went out and frontier told me it would be a month to fix. UIA welcomed me back with open arms and had me up and running later the same day.

I had a wonderful experience. Byron Hiller spent almost an hour on my internet issue. He helped me set up two apps to improve the speed on my internet and update my routers. Bryon was knowledgeable, professional and patient. It was a pleasant experience.UIA has GREAT technicians that will walk you through the process. Thank You again Bryon Hiller

I would like to recognize Sean Densmore from UIA for his outstanding support during a recent phone system outage. Sean was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He patiently walked me through several troubleshooting steps, clearly explained the available options, and kept me informed with regular follow-up calls and status updates. His communication was excellent. When the issue could not be resolved remotely, Sean promptly arranged for a technician to come onsite and fix the problem. His professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication to customer service made a stressful situation much easier to manage. Thanks to Sean's efforts, our phone system was restored as quickly as possible. I truly appreciate his support and commitment to resolving the issue. Thank you, Sean, for providing exceptional service.

Hi, Just reaching back out to the friendly folks here at UIA in Wrightwood. Joanie and I really appreciate the capable, personalized service that we experienced yesterday.
