Where do the listings come from?

ARI pulls from Crexi and LoopNet via a nightly data feed, plus sublease opportunities posted directly on Retail Tenants Together. Every listing is a real, active vacancy with contact information.

How does the feedback actually work?

Each match card has quick-pick tags — "too small," "wrong neighborhood," "too expensive," and so on. Select what applies and ARI adjusts your search profile before the next overnight run. The more you rate, the tighter the matches get.

How long does my search stay active?

Each search runs for 30 days. When it's about to expire, you'll get an email with a one-click renewal — no log-in required. You can also pause or update your criteria any time from your dashboard.
