Retail Tenants Together provides a platform for retail tenants to anonymously research and share reviews of shopping centers and landlords across the United States. The Site offers community forums, a service provider directory, subleasing tools, and AI-assisted resources — all designed to help tenants make better decisions.
Reviews and content submitted by users represent the opinions of those users and do not represent the views of Retail Tenants Together, LLC.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Certain features of the Site may require registration. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
By submitting content to the Site ("Postings"), you grant Retail Tenants Together a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your Postings in connection with the Site.
You represent and warrant that your Postings: are based on your genuine first-hand experience; do not infringe any third-party rights; are not defamatory, fraudulent, or illegal; and comply with our Community Guidelines.
Retail Tenants Together reserves the right to remove any Posting at any time for any reason, including violations of these Terms or Community Guidelines.

All content, design, logos, and technology on the Site (excluding user Postings) are the property of Retail Tenants Together, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Retail Tenants Together does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. User-submitted reviews reflect individual opinions and are not verified by Retail Tenants Together.
Retail Tenants Together is not responsible for decisions made based on content found on this Site. Always conduct your own due diligence before signing a lease.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Retail Tenants Together shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid to use the Site in the past 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Retail Tenants Together, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your Postings, or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class action, consolidated, or representative proceeding.
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice within 30 days of first accepting these Terms to: legal@retailtenantstogether.com. If you opt out, disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, notifying registered users. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
