Community Guidelines

A safe, honest forum where retail tenants share real experiences to help each other make better decisions.

Our Mission

Retail Tenants Together is the go-to destination for tenants to research and rate landlords and shopping centers across the United States. Our mission is to provide a safe forum to share leasing and business experiences to help fellow tenants make critical decisions.

📌 This platform is NOT the place to report dangerous, illegal, or illicit behaviors. If you or anyone else is in danger, contact your local law enforcement directly.

How Moderation Works

Our team of moderators reads every review submitted. Our guidelines ensure moderation decisions are 100% consistent — regardless of tenant or landlord. Moderators will never edit a review to make it comply, and will never remove a review simply because it's a low score or negative.

If you believe an inappropriate review should be removed, you can flag it for re-review. It will be immediately escalated to our moderators, who will determine whether to remove it permanently or restore it.
