Service and skill set has declined rapidly when I made an excess of $300,000 a year no errors. Two years in a row, we did our taxes. I’m on Disability and the prepare got our banking info incorrect two years in a row and rather than take responsibility she said it’s our fault for not reading through the information if I could read through an entire tax return I wouldn’t have hired them to begin with.. I would never bring my taxes to them again. I could’ve messed my own tax return up.. And then to take zero responsibility, your accountability just take our money and say too bad. Should’ve read a little deeper We gave her our checking info. It’s her job to enter it properly and verify it. I believe her name is Sandy. The most unprofessional service out there. Paragraph that I’ve dealt with. They offered no resolution or help just blame.

If I could provide 0 out of 5 stars I would. I previously spoke with Dorothy who said she could help get everything filed. After I explained I only had so much money to cover the costs involved, i was advised to email over all info needed, after 1 week and no response I called the office and spoke with Tiffany who instantly didn't care about my situation or anything Dorothy and i discussed and it was all about money, she increased the price we had already agreed on and after I explained my situation to Tiffany, that Dorothy and I had previously agreed on, Tiffany then said it's not all about money we want to help people and she'll speak with the boss. Within 10 mins after getting off the phone I get an email from Dorothy saying she can't help, so now I'm out time, money and the help that was promised. Dorothy is amazing and I think she would've helped if she had the choice but Tiffany is all about money. This is a great company if you got lots of money and time but if you don't fit in those guidelines then you can't be a customer.

Karin Sako's payroll service is very unprofessional. She not only managed to file all of my payroll incorrectly for the entire year of 2023, but also sent all of my tax documents and payroll filings to an incorrect address. Will never do business here again.

I've been using their services for over 10 years and haven't had any issues. They're always very professional and personable which is hard to find. The entire staff are truly the best and have been a lifesaver more than once!
