Came to them PasadenaPS once for tax filing in 2023 and will never go back. They charged more than anyone I've consulted with, and completely forgot to include a new-child tax credit that we specifically requested for our first born. Originally I was in touch with Jimmy but he passed us off to Dori who has been one of the most unprofessional contacts I've ever worked with. After H&R Block noticed we never got our tax credit 2 years later, we went back to James and Dori to get it fixed and it was literally like pulling teeth. Horrible communication and terrible follow through. I requested a refund of the fees we paid because they messed up so bad and since then they've been completely radio silent. They even used the wrong address for all of our returns that year. Completely unprofessional, completely incompetent, and should honestly be reported to a higher authority if I had any more energy to waste on the than I have at this point.

They have truly performed above and beyond my expectations. ​What impressed me most was their expertise in a complex area: the Employee Retention Credit (ERC). When other firms told me my businesses didn't qualify, this team not only proved them wrong but secured hundreds of thousands of dollars in refunds for me. When I began with Pasadena Professional Services, the communication was great. They helped me apply for ERC money in 2023. They said I did qualify and received all of the paperwork. They told me what I would be receiving. I received 1/3 of the refunds. There is NO communication unless I reach out to them, and then, they don't always respond. Another business owner had to call all of the state representatives, medicaid, and follow up on the entire process. When she asked for a cut in their fee, they wouldn't allow it saying that they had done all the work on her refund. NOT true at all. We haven't heard from them since September 2023 and that was when I reached out last. They are supposedly calling the IRS every week, but no communication regarding that either. I have emailed Jimmy Greff more times than I care to go back and look up and have also include Jaime Greff on some of them as well. Neither have answered me. I feel they should not charge when WE are doing all of the work to get paid. I realize the got the ball rolling, but, obviously, they dropped the ball a long time ago leaving it up to us to follow through. Terrible customer service and communication. I wouldn't recommend the company for anything at this point.

We do not recommend engaging with this particular business. We have experienced delays in the processing of our taxes despite being assured by Dori Lincoln that they had been filed three months ago. Our attempts to communicate with Dori and Exxon regarding the completion of our taxes have gone unanswered. We found Dori Lincoln's demeanor to be unprofessional and her behavior unacceptable. During a recent conversation about the status of our taxes, Dori indicated she did not have time for discussion and rudely ended the call while we were still speaking. We advise against utilizing the services of this business. We recommend seeking services from a more reputable tax accountant to avoid any potential mishandling of your financial matters.

I greatly appreciated Pasadena Professional Services help in receiving ERC funds. I had been told twice I didn’t qualify. They were professional and made the process easy. When I received notice from the IRS that additional information was needed for my second check, all I had to do was contact my representative, Jimmu Greff, and the check was on its way. These checks came at a greatly needed time that allowed us to get ahead this year after 2 very tight years. I would highly recommend their services!
