Have worked in property management for 25 plus years. Glenn at FEPC took care of all our needs and answered all our questions. I have worked with any vendors who offer services but do not stand by their work. Thanks Glenn. You made the process go smooth.

This is a very responsible company. I have worked with them for 23 years. The price is much better then the big brand name.

I've used this company multiple times for buildings I've managed. This company is easy to work with and gets results in what sometimes felt like impossible situations. They're reliable and professional while keeping it real.
