I had an urgent need for pest control and called them. He did an awesome job at explaining his work and was very kind. The prices are very fair and helped me feel so much better with my pest issue. Would highly recommend to anyone in city living with any type of pest issue!

Our technician was dedicated . for several of our locations is always very reliable, communicates everything, and always helps us quickly and competently. This makes working with him a pleasure, as you can rely on the service and quality. Thank you very much!

They had great customer service and explained how he would be treating our home. He also incorporated my observations into the treatment process, based off what I've been seeing. Will have to wait and see how effective the treatment is, but customer service was top notch.

Don’t be fooled by their high rated feedback. They paid to get rid of the negative rating. I knew it because they are just 4.8 at the time I used their services and now they are 5.0. This is totally impossible. I once had an argument with them while exterminating termites, and then my house inexplicably became infested with cockroaches. Someone threw bottle filled with cockroaches into my lawn. I don't know who did it, but you can probably guess who would come up with such a method and still have cockroaches on hand. They were also extremely rough when covering the house, damaging many areas of the eaves and walls. Most outrageously, they used nails to seal the doors, leaving countless nail holes, and they neither repaired them nor apologized. Update after they responded to my review: The review is 100% true. They can denied but they did mess up my door and the nail holes are still there.

The technician was very nice and incredibly knowledgeable. The treatment was swift when originally making my appointment it was just few days ago. I had a beehive located right at my door. They were able to accommodate my schedule and apply treatment swiftly. Highly recommend
