Jorge completely transformed out hardwood floors! We had damaged, stained, dark orangey hardwood floors from the 50s with various holes/gaps and wanted to modernize the space. Our floors were so damaged that at least two other contractors suggested we just put other flooring over the hardwood floors but Jorge told us he could fix the floors. Jorge was able to do various repairs including installation of new wood panels and patching holes before lightening our floors and finishing them off with a smooth, matte top coat. We love our new floors!! Not only was Jorge’s work outstanding, but his customer service was also amazing. He really cares about his work and will go the extra mile to ensure everything turns out well. Pricing was also competitive compared to others. 10/10 would recommend to anyone! Wood type: White oak (looked similar to red oak) Color Stain/Sealer: Bona Nordic Top Coat Sheen: Matte

Very impressed with how the floors turned out. Another company told us they were too bad and needed to be replaced. But they are the original floors made from old growth wood and I wanted to save them for the beauty and integrity of our family home. Alex did more than save them, he made them gorgeous.

This week, Jorge and Pedro worked on the wood floor in our bedroom. Jorge was especially responsive and helpful, offering valuable advice on the best stain and gloss options for our home. He was very respectable and professional. Before and after photos attached.

These brothers really know what they're doing. They had the best pricing of anyone we interviewed. Less than half the lowest estimate we received. We interviewed about six flooring businesses. Very professional and prompt. They handle their bigger jobs at the beginning of the week. They set aside the end of their week for smaller jobs like ours. While our floors used very old wood from 1939, Jorge and Pedro were able to reasonably match the colour and repair and replace some of the wood. The majority of the 2200 square foot rental house has hardwood floors, and we will definitely use them for any future work that may need to be done. Unfortunately, termites seem to like our floors. Highly recommend the Sepulveda brothers!

Jorge and his team did an amazing job on my hardwood floors. Pricing was competitive and work was superb. The job was finished earlier than promised. Highly recommend his work and knowledge. He took his time explaining the process.
