I have managed facilities and construction projects across the country for many years, and I can honestly say that Chuck Estrada and his team at CFI Commercial Floor Installations set the standard for professionalism, craftsmanship, and customer service. Our project involved replacing approximately 33,000 square feet of carpet in a fully occupied office. To minimize disruption to our employees, the work had to be completed in eight carefully planned phases. Each phase required the complete removal of the existing carpet, extensive floor preparation and leveling, and the installation of new carpet tiles with a consistent directional pattern throughout offices, conference rooms, and hallways. The finished product looks absolutely seamless. CFI's pricing was extremely competitive from the beginning, but it wasn't until I watched each phase unfold that I truly appreciated the value they delivered. Their attention to detail, planning, communication, and quality of workmanship far exceeded my expectations. They never cut corners, took great pride in their work, and consistently delivered on every commitment they made. I would just like to say that CFI did wonders for us. We had a nightmare with our previous installers, our last one put snap on flooring on top of carpet which was in top of vct it was just insane. But chuck and his team were wonderful came in demolished it im a day and put in the flooring as well. They said they would get it done in 2 days and they did just that even with the surprise 3rd flooring underneath. Thank you again chuck and cat wait to have you come back and do more for me!
