Less than 48 hours wait for non-emergency appointment. Arrived on time. Just needed cleaning of filters inside and compressor fins on my mini-split systems. They didn’t magically find any extra issues and were in and out in 30 minutes. Ready for the next heatwave or a long, cold winter. Mark Simms knows his business and understands that happy customers reflect on him and Air Concepts. Recently helped my sister with similar efforts. She was not an Air Concepts customer. The service call bill for very similar work was slightly lower from Air Concepts, but the attention to detail was much better from Air Concepts.

I used them to replace my whole AC unit 2 years ago. Service was top notch. Pricing was fair and the workmanship was very good. It's been 2 years since and we have had no problems and our system runs awesome.

We purchased our system from air concepts nine years ago. Recently, I had an issue and accidentally called a different company to come out. I did not like at all what they had to say and/or what their recommendations were. I then realized they were not the ones who originally installed my system. I’ve then called air concepts and they showed up the next day. They went above and beyond to correct the small issue I was having with a very minimal charge. I will never make the same mistake again. Air concepts will always be my first call!

The fan in my air conditioning compressor stopped spinning and I feared the worst but Mark inspected it and said he could fix it and even had the part on his truck to do so! I was so relieved! My air conditioning was up and running in no time! I was very happy with the quick and efficient service!

What a breath of fresh air to work with such a professional group. Calling an HVAC company or another trade is always a nervous call to make as prices very greatly, knowledge of technician varies and the question “is this company looking out for me” or here for a fast buck. Air Concepts by far checks all the boxes. Pricing is fair, service scheduling is reasonable and the quality of their work is excellent. We had a whole house Mitsubishi split system installed and service on a few other items. Techs were very nice, considerate and the owner was on site frequently. We highly recommend Air Concepts.
