Second, I have to say this is the best company that I’ve ever dealt since I’ve been living in this house for more than 30 yrs!! From the moment I call until I met all the crews they all so knowledgeable, professional and extremely hard workers. Third, i’d like to thank you to Carlos as the first person who came over to check on my HVAC. He went so thoroughly and explained everything clearly! Then the second person was Christian who came with all of his knowledge about all of the options, suggestions and all the payments options without any pushing at all because ultimately all the decisions is on myself! Also he made the scheduling is so prompt and quick even the crew came a day earlier in order to help me to ensure they will be finishing the job faster! Now, last but not least I’d like to acknowledge Noel and Roberto the last crew whose working to replace my HVAC unit were absolutely amazing!!! They both are super hard workers because they worked from 8:30 all the way to 5:45 pm nonstop!! This is unbelievable!! When I ask them why don’t they take lunch?? They said because they really wanted to finish the job so they don’t need to comeback for the second day!! They left the job so well done and they clean up everything before leaving! We had a great experience working with Sano from the start. They installed a new 3-ton HVAC system, replaced our ADU mini split, and completed a full attic clean out. The entire team was professional, respectful, and we were impressed throughout the project. After our prior system went out unexpectedly we were able to schedule a rapid appointment to figure out what had happened. We met with Christian and Jim who did an awesome job diagnosing the issue and walking us through our options. They were very open and honest throughout the process and answered any questions we had. There was absolutely no pressure in making a decision and felt very supportive when we wanted to compare a few different offers before making our final decision. After deciding to go with a new system we noted Sano to have great pricing options compared to other companies we had come out making our decision easier. We were also very impressed with Isais and Jose who handled the installation very efficiently. They really showed excellent workmanship and finished way ahead of schedule while keeping the work area clean. The system works great and we are extremely happy. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an HVAC.

Today was my first time reaching out and using Sano Heating and AC. I was extremely pleased with how quickly they were able to schedule me in. I called for a dryer duct cleaning and they were able to get a technician to my house same day. Jacob came to the house and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He cleaned out the vents, in what I felt was a timely manner and left the area pristine. He cleaned up all around and even was ensuring that there were no leftover trash or lint around my lawn. I really appreciate his eye for detail. After finishing the job, Jacob thoroughly walked me through what he did and fixed for me as well as pointed out some things that he visually saw that could use some attention. I really appreciated him informing me about somethings that I should probably be up keeping around my property. I had a great experience using Sano and would definitely call them out for their services again. Definitely give them a call if you are in need of some services around your home. Their communication is extremely prompt in the customer service is excellent. Also on a side note, I truly appreciated Jacob in the way he conducted himself extremely professionally. He was friendly ans he had good vibes. To be honest, as a woman who happened to be at home by myself during the Servicing, I felt extremely safe and comfortable. I know some people might find that weird to even comment on but I think it is important to share that the technician truly made his presence feel safe.
