I had a great experience with CoolPros Heating and Air! They were professional, friendly, reliable, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure our AC was working perfectly before leaving. The service was quick, efficient, and stress-free. I’m very happy with the quality of their work and would highly recommend CoolPros Heating and Air to anyone looking for honest and dependable heating and air conditioning service. Thank you for the excellent service!

We got a new condenser unit, coil and some duct sealing completed by CoolPros. I have to say from the first contact to the finish line, they were all knowledgeable, professional, friendly and cost efficient. As soon as I met Mario and he explained what needed to be done, I knew this was the company to go with. I didnt feel like he was trying to up sell me on anything I didnt need. They are a family owned business and have been in the industry for years. I didnt feel like I was under any pressure to have to make an immediate decision and my quote was good until I was ready to pull the trigger. Their price was the best of 3 different quotes I received and a great warranty, which tells me they back up their work 100%. I also recommended them to my mom who was in need of a complete AC install. She ended up using them as well. If you are out looking for repair, replace or complete installation, stop looking now and give them a call. You won't regret it!!!

I had a new HVAC system installed by CoolPros yesterday and I have to say these guys are a quality installer! The team is professional and efficient and at no point try to upsell you. They find the best solution for your home with the best value. Thank you Mario and please thank your team for a job well done. If you need an HVAC repair or replacement, save yourselves time and money by calling CoolPros

We went with CoolPros for a complete new install. From the initial call to set up the estimate to the install service was top notch. Riley the technician that came out to discuss our options was very knowledgeable and professional, made choosing CoolPros an easy decision. The cut in team was excellent and very clean and explained everything perfectly. Highly recommend CoolPros for your AC and heat needs.

Mario came out on time and diagnosed my A.C. in record time. Zero upsell and very trustworthy. Mario is a complete professional, his inspection was thorough. He gave great advice and demonstrated respect and kindness. Not to mention he came out on short notice, not that many companies offer a service like this. He clearly know what he was doing and was willing to show me what was wrong with my unit and provided details. Very happy I call CoolPros Heating and Air
