Great communication and follow through. Albert Air serviced a prior home and has continued to do so after a recent move. Honest and trustworthy care and service.

Its been 7 months since my Carrier crossover 4 ton was installed. There has been a major improvement in comfort quality and we are all so happy with the installation and service. The system is quiet, efficient, takes uo far less space, and is so cool. The humidity control is exceptional. My bill has remained stable and actually decreased even though we run it more often. We are so happy with our system and enjoying the comfort that we do not hear (becauseit is so quiet), but can can feel.

Albert Air was top notch. Nick the salesman was very courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. He communicated daily and was available anytime we called and always checked in with us. Their installation was done in 1 day in half as promised. Very clean installation no mess left. Nick was very hands on which we appreciated. I would definitely recommend this company.

I am very happy with my choice on upgrading my Carrier 4 ton AC. The old one was loud, took up a lot of space on the side of my house, and also had low and high cooling/heating spots. Now the system is so quiet I cannot even tell if it is on, I have enough space on my side yard to walk past it without stepping in the dirt, and the air flow is 1000% better. I did talk to a few AC people and I have had AC work done before on other homes I have lived in. This one by far is the best. The ducts that were repaired and replaced are straight and orderly, so that future work in the attic will be easy, and the air flow is more consistent and balanced. I am saving money on electricity and gas since the system has to run less and has a more efficient motor. The workers were clean, professional and thorough. They took 1 1/2 days to finish the entire job. They put drop cloths on the walkway through the house so everything stayed clean. There are a lot of choices out there, but for the money and the quality of work, these guys are the best.

Upgrading my home with a new AC, furnace, and ducting was a big decision, and I wanted to make sure I chose the right company with the right equipment. After speaking with several installers, I found Nick at Albert Air. He took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, and never pressured me to make a decision. He even followed up with a YouTube video showing installations similar to mine, which helped me feel confident in moving forward. After reading the many positive reviews, I decided to go with Albert Air—and I’m so glad I did. Their team arrived on schedule, worked efficiently, and left everything clean. They completed the installation exactly as requested and even went above and beyond with several extra touches. Albert Air offered competitive pricing, a great warranty, excellent service, and top-of-the-line Carrier equipment. I would wholeheartedly recommend giving them a chance to provide a quote—you won’t be disappointed.
