Jesse replaced our 20 plus year toilet with an all one piece toilet that looks beautiful. We wanted a special size because of a shelf we had built that is over the toilet and limits the height options. Jesse found exactly what we wanted and installed it within one day. The price for this unique-size and special order toilet was more than buying a standard size toilet, and completely worth it. I never thought I’d love the looks of a toilet so much!! Jesse is both professional and friendly and did an outstanding job for us. He arrived on time, and removed our old fixture. When he was done, I walked in to see my bathroom look beautiful!! If/when we need more work, we are asking for Jesse!

Outstanding service. The technician, David G. did a thorough inspection of our a/code and very clearly explained how each component was functioning. He used shoe covers when entering the house and was friendly as well as professional. A great role model for others.

David G was great! Fortunately the company is great a record keeping and had no problem processing the repair on my AC with the mfg warranty. Back to David. He was, prompt, pleasant , knowledgeable and took care of the issue of replacing the capacitor in a timely manner. He offered a couple of add ons and was patient with me as I made my decision to accept or decline. I am a satisfied customer.

The techs were friendly, however I used to get much better service from Long Beach Heating and Air before they were sold to Marathon. I got a text that the tech was on the way at appx 7:50am. By 9:30am, no one had arrived so I called and was told a tech would reach out when they were really on the way. At 9:45, I received a call letting me know that they’d arrive in 20 minutes. The new service will not check both heating and cooling simultaneously. In addition, they told me filters would be included in the $149 price but when techs arrived, they told me my filter was not covered and it would be over $100 for the one filter which they’d have to drive to go pick up. My filter type was in the file. They should’ve known what I needed and not upsold me after committing to the visit. So, despite the friendly techs, I’m not a fan of the communication regarding arrival time or the upselling. It makes me very skeptical of your advice. That $149 included a heating check which the company says must be done in the fall when it’s easier on the techs. Anyone who has lived in socal knows the heat in fall can actually be worse than early June when I requested the service. Both these services used to be done simultaneously and more quickly by LBHVAC and it cost less, too.
