We have the annual maintenance membership which includes two services per year and a water heater flush. NextGen staff from scheduling, dispatch and technicians are always professional and provide excellent customer service. Recently, Tanner Y. performed the AC tune up for my house. He was kind, professional and explained the recommended repairs and what to prioritize without upselling me. I was very happy with the service and have been a happy customer of NextGen’s for two years now. I highly recommend NextGen to all homeowners.

Had my annual tune up on my HVAC unit. Had a great experience. Richard my tech was very thorough and explained everything done and also explained the technical side of how the unit functions. That was great knowledge to absorb being the customer. Never have had a tech explain the inner workings of the unit and I was fascinated by that. Have utilized NexGen for a couple of years now and very satisfied with the service provided.

Franklin did an outstanding job. We recently moved into our home and this was our first experience getting an air conditioner and HVAC system serviced. He shared his knowledge about the in’s and out’s of the system. He also recommended things we can do to improve our system and options to keep it working well as the summer heats up. 5/5 stars and would recommend him for anyone!

Awesome service. Requested for a maintenance check for my AC unit and I Technician Franklin showed up. Super presentable and respectful. Very professional in his communication. Has protective coverings for his shoes each time he came in. Treated me with respect and was very helpful. Answered all the questions I had about the system and helped me understand the system a lot better. I had a question for something that was not performed 2 years ago and He was super quick to communicate with his boss and provide a solution. Happy to know my systems are performing well. Service like this makes me be glad I chose NexGen as a HVAC service.
