Steve Fernandez serviced our water heater and did a fantastic job. It was the first time it had been inspected since installing the unit nine years ago so it was long overdue. He inspected the entire water/drain system in the house and replaced (what was left of) the anode tube in the water heater. He was friendly, prompt and efficient. This young man knows his stuff.

I had a great experience from start to finish! When I first called, the staff was incredibly helpful, organized, and accommodating. They initially scheduled me for the next morning, but when an opening became available that same afternoon, they called me right away and were able to send a technician out the same day. Eddie, the technician, arrived within 30 minutes and was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and respectful throughout the entire process. He took the time to assess the issue, explained what was going on, and got the job done efficiently and within a reasonable amount of time. I really appreciated how responsive and professional everyone was. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again in the future!

I had the opportunity to have Steve Fernandez as my technician today to service my tankless water heater as well as check to ensure my Halo system was working properly. He also inspected all of my plumbing faucets ensuring the valves functioned properly in case I needed to turn them off. Steve has great personal skills and explained everything he was doing, why he was doing it and the results of his inspection. Steve seemed genuinely concerned about the proper functioning of my systems, explained what would help extend the life of my units and answered all of my questions.
