We have a newer business (spec home building). We have tried hard to build up our ability to fun a luxury home build. It costs 1,000,000 to 1,100,000. to build. Conventional lenders always leave us using our HELOC. More risk. However I reached out to Express Capital Funding. My wife and I were very pleased working with Mico.
