Steve Hill did a great job on my loan. This was the first time I worked with him.. He’s always available, a nice guy and did a great job at clearly answering my questions about the confusing parts of the mortgage process. He also explained the possible loan options and the pros and cons of each. My transaction was a tough one since my income for the past couple of years was inconsistent, but he was able to work around that and use the strong parts of my profile to get my loan approved. The loan process is always nerve wracking but Steve was awesome at keeping the process calm and focused. I definitely plan on working with Steve in the future!
