Our exterminator was Ian Ballardo and he was fantastic! Answered all my questions, was respectful and showed attention to details.

Mr Hernandez was very polite and professional. He took the time to explain what he was going to do and answered all my questions. He responded he would return in a week but because of my schedule next week he will return on 10/4/25 for a check on my pest problem. Thank you so much.

What professionals! Ariel, Stephen our tech was amazing. Met jayles team inspector. The get a 5 star' plus 10 in my book.

Juan from Orkin was excellent to work with. He was professional, timely, and very knowledgeable, and he took the time to clearly explain what he was seeing and what our options were. I really appreciated his honesty—he didn’t try to upsell or exaggerate the issue, just gave straightforward, trustworthy guidance. He arrived on time, was respectful of our home, and made the whole process feel much less stressful. Highly recommend Juan and Orkin for reliable pest control service. I will absolutely be contacting them again for future needs.
