Bugman provides a great service. Ivan came out to our house as our technician. He notified us 30 minutes to his arrival and then once he arrived. He was very professional and nice. He explained what he would be doing and how things worked. After he was done he shared pictures of where he found the ants traveling and entering the home. Highly recommended.

I don’t always do reviews but Bugman deserved one. This company did an excellent job for us. They explained the process to us and how to keep our dog safe around the chemicals. The ants we had are virtually gone throughout the home. Lance was out technician was great, he was on time, and texted us upon arrival.

We hired The Bugman to fumigate our home in Orange, California. After the fumigation was completed, we discovered extensive roof damage. The fumigation crew acknowledged the damage and counted approximately 70-75 broken roof tiles with us. When we contacted management, we were shocked by the response. Manager Peter told us that 75 broken tiles was “normal” and further stated that they had broken more than 700 tiles on another home. Rather than offering to repair the damage or submit a claim to their insurance carrier, the only resolution offered was an additional year of warranty coverage. We declined. Our roofing contractor estimated the repairs at approximately $5,500. This is not a minor issue. We understand that tile roofs require special care and that occasional breakage can occur, but 70+ broken tiles on a single project is far beyond what we consider reasonable. What was most disappointing was not just the damage itself, but the lack of accountability afterward. We expected a professional company to stand behind its work, investigate the damage, and work toward a fair resolution. Instead, our concerns were minimized and dismissed. If you have a tile roof, I strongly recommend asking detailed questions before hiring this company. Specifically, ask how roof damage is handled, whether subcontractors will be walking on your roof, and what happens if significant damage occurs during the fumigation process. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend The Bugman.
