Today our regular plumber bailed on showing up to inspect and hopefully repair a leak in our drip irrigation system. He also did not respond to texts. Fortunately for us our neighbor had Elder and Young Plumbing at her house. As they were leaving her house I stopped them and asked if they could look at the system, they readily accepted and located the issue. They also fixed it today and didn’t put it off to another day. I was more than amazed and grateful. I would definitely recommend this company and also their two plumber Angel and Darius! They are exceptional and an asset to this company!

Great experience with Elder & Young Plumbing! We needed two leaky, corroded outdoor spigots replaced. Having seen their trucks around the neighborhood, we decided to give them a try—and we're so glad we did. Robert was amazing! He showed up right on time, walked my wife through everything, was completely upfront about costs, and did a fantastic job with the installation. My wife noted how professional, respectful, and friendly he was. We love supporting a local family-owned business and will definitely be using Elder & Young again!

Eric Young was quick to respond to my need for plumbing help. He came the next day and assessed the situation, letting us know best and worst case scenarios. His crew of Angel and Darious arrived the next morning at 9 and worked until 6 when the job was complete and thoroughly cleaned up. They were diligent workers and very professional. The price was reasonable too. I am a very satisfied customer and will refer this company to friends and family.

I recently had a major issue with concrete collapse affecting my underground piping, and I’m incredibly grateful for the outstanding service I received from Robert at Elder & Young Plumbing. Robert quickly diagnosed the problem and took the time to explain everything clearly. What really impressed me was his dedication. He worked tirelessly to repair and completely rebuild the piping system, going above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. His troubleshooting skills, professionalism, and strong work ethic truly set him apart. It’s not often you come across someone so committed to quality and customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Elder & Young Plumbing and especially Robert for anyone needing reliable, top-notch plumbing services. This was easily a 5++++++STAR experience!

We hired this company to install a new 40-gallon Bradford White water heater at one of our properties in December 2022 and were billed $2,350 for the installation. Recently, after a tenant reported unusually short hot water duration, we had another licensed plumber inspect the unit. It was discovered that the installed water heater was not a Bradford White, but instead a smaller 30-gallon Rheem unit. Based on current retail pricing, the Rheem unit that was installed typically costs only a few hundred dollars (around $400 at major retailers), which made this discrepancy especially concerning given what we were invoiced for. We reached out multiple times to request an explanation and resolution but did not receive any meaningful response. Due to the lack of communication, we have filed a formal complaint with the California Contractors State License Board. We are now in the process of replacing the unit with the correctly specified equipment through another licensed plumber. I would recommend that anyone considering this company verify all materials and equipment closely.
