I received 4 quotes for my roofing project and chose Top Roofing Services because they offered the best pricing and the strongest warranty. Ever, the owner, was a pleasure to work with, his crew and project manager Fernando, were professional and kept me informed with daily updates. They even provided aerial photos of the roof taken by drone, which allowed me to see the progress firsthand. I am pleased with the quality of the work and the overall experience. I highly recommend Top Roofing Services to anyone looking for a reliable and professional roofing contractor.

We recently had our roof replaced by Top Roofing Services, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. From our very first meeting with Jose, we felt confident we were in good hands. He was professional, knowledgeable, direct, and incredibly reassuring throughout the consultation process. We had received two other quotes before meeting with him, and the difference in professionalism and expertise stood out immediately. Once we decided to move forward, the communication and customer service only got better. Amy, our main office contact, was absolutely amazing to work with. She coordinated everything seamlessly, kept us informed every step of the way, and responded to all of our questions quickly and thoroughly. During the project, Stevie and Mario oversaw the work on-site, and both were outstanding. They were knowledgeable, helpful, communicative, and always willing to explain the process and answer questions. Every interaction with them reassured us that we had chosen the right company for such an important project. As homeowners, it can be difficult to find honest, reliable people you truly trust to work on your home. Top Roofing Services delivered not only quality workmanship, but also exceptional customer service and professionalism throughout the entire process. We’re incredibly grateful for the experience and will absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing company they can trust.

I cant say enough good things about this company. They deliver on their promises. They communicate clearly, and provide quality work. I have used them twice now for different areas of my roof and know i will use them again if i need another area repaired. If they find additional things that need repairing they will give you drone photos showing the damage then you can decide if you want them to repair those areas or leave it as is. I opted to have my rotted shiplap repaird which ran my budget higher but that was my choice and im happy with that.

The Top Roofing Services team just completed the reroof of our 30 square shingle home and 6 square flat patio using TPO material. Final project looks great. The entire team worked hard throughout the week to complete on time. Everyone from the project manager to office manager was very professional and kept us updated every step of the way. Even the owner would make an appearance to check on our project which made us feel better about choosing them for the project. The whole process went smoothly with no issues, from day one of demo to materials being delivered, to all the necessary inspections Top Roofing took care of everything. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking to reroof their home and have a seamless worry free roofing experience. Thank you Top Roofing Team.

Top Roofing provided excellent service recently when I contacted them for a roof leak repair. My experience with them was very positive from start to finish. Their office staff is easy to reach and always available to answer phone calls. Fernando, Arturo, and Jovannie were thorough, professional, and did an outstanding job. I highly recommend Top Roofing for any type of roofing work.
