I was scheduled right away for a non emergency call. The technician arrive very prompt within the expected time. The technician evaluated the site, and explained the next steps clearly. He finished before his estimated time and provided a video and an invoice within a very short time, before leaving the site. I have been with Western Rooter for a long time and it appears that they review their procedures periodically, improving each time along the way.

I have used them before, and had a very positive experience. Sammie Hernandez and Western Rooter came on the weekend to take care of a severe back up at one of our properties - they did a hydrojet and showed me all the problems in the old pipes. Excellent service, excellent price. Recently, I called them for another issue, they came in the next couple of hours to take care of the clog. And the price was very reasonable. Will definitely use continue to use them again!

I have worked with Carlos on several plumbing and re-piping projects. He has consistently been timely, helpful, and knowledgeable. He arrives on time, shares information and asks for my input when needed. He does good work, he is efficient, gives advice on all plumbing issues. I highly recommend him, and I will continue to use Western Rooter. The office is also communicative and professional, and I have had good experiences with them. I normally never leave reviews about other people’s work or businesses because I don’t want to negatively affect anyone’s livelihood or career. However, this time I am genuinely upset. That’s why I feel compelled to share my experience and hope that anyone considering hiring this company will think carefully before making a decision.
On June 10, a technician arrived during my scheduled appointment window of 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. However, he completed the work in less than an hour and mentioned that he needed to leave for another appointment at 4:00 PM. During the visit, he stated that there might be an issue with my drain pipes and used a hydro-jetting machine to clear the line. At the time, the toilet and bathroom drains appeared to be functioning properly, and a basic water test did not reveal any immediate problems. However, today (June 14), we once again experiencing drainage issues in both the toilet and bathroom. This suggests that the underlying problem may not have been properly diagnosed or resolved. In addition:
• No camera inspection was performed after the hydro jetting to verify the condition of the drain line.
• The technician appeared to be in a hurry to leave for his next appointment.
• He used my front yard water hose and left it disconnected and not properly put away before leaving.
Since the problem returned only a few days after the service was completed, we contacted the company and requested that a technician return to thoroughly inspect the drain system and determine the root cause of the issue. However, the representative I spoke with informed me that if they sent a technician out today, I would be charged an additional after-hours service fee. In addition, the representative told me that her supervisor would contact us to discuss the situation. However, despite waiting for a response, we have not received any phone call, voicemail, or follow-up communication from the supervisor. This lack of communication has only added to our frustration and concern about the company’s commitment to customer service and resolving issues in a timely manner.
We explained that this was unreasonable to pay again for the same problem because the original work had been completed only a few days ago and the same problem had already returned. a follow-up inspection should be part of standing behind the quality of the work that was recently performed, rather than requiring the customer to pay additional fees to address what appears to be the same unresolved issue.
Because this appears to be directly related to an incomplete diagnosis or ineffective repair during the original service visit, we believe that the follow-up inspection and any necessary corrective work related to the same issue should be covered under the company’s service warranty and should not result in any additional charges.
We are extremely disappointed with the quality of the service and the lack of accountability after the problem reoccurred so quickly. We cannot recommend this company and would encourage potential customers to carefully consider other options before hiring them.

Western Rooter & Plumbing is fantastic. Extremely responsive, great communication, available quickly (even for a non-emergency issue), and cost-effective. Also not looking for "problems" to charge you for--I thought we had an issue with our hot water heater and they took a look at it and gave me some tips to deal with it without requiring service. Can't recommend them highly enough.
