The technician aeeived on time, did his job efficiently, and gave us advice on the functioning of the AC system. He was friendly, easy to deal with, and had a healthy sense of humor. He is likeable.

Metric installed two mini splits in my 1 bedroom condo and they delivered accurate, reliable, and dependable results. I recommend them for installation and maintenance requests.

The service technician, Jonathan, was really great. He was careful in our home and with our mini/split a/c system. He cleaned everything, recharged the coolant, and made sure it was working well. I couldn’t be happier with Jonathan.

I was overall very pleased with the service and installation. I really only wish there were some incentives for the project (rebates or tax credit, etc) but there were none available I'm happy otherwise though

Metric HVAC is always a pleasant experience. Communication with booking appointments is easy. They send reminder messages about the appointments and let you know when the technicians will arrive. Every crew I've worked with have been punctual and professional. Highly recommend.
