Awesome product!

PROS: nice space, clean office in general, good lighting, charging stations built into the tables. CONS: Receptionist from 5th floor were not nice, I got the sense they were irritated bc the start time was exactly the time they opened & folks were waiting. If this is a problem, they shouldn’t offer booking at the exact time they open. No one was hurrying them up but they acted like we were. Issue with the AC, our meeting room was open & without asking they closed the door, when I asked if we could leave it open bc it was stuffy, they said no bc it was too many of us (8) in the room & we were loud & there were other folks in other rooms. I understand being courteous to others, but then get the AC working soon. AC folks eventually showed up & they said they set the AC for the entire floor but stated it would take a while. Seems like it’s a reoccurring issue they are aware of. They were not apologetic at all and didn’t offer even a small fan. AC to me is basic. Honestly if they had a pleasant attitude, I wouldn’t have left a poor review. Issues happen, but it’s 100% how you address them that makes the difference.
