We received a service call request from one of the big tenants in this building. Super safe and reliable place to hove office. Staff was very professional and Safety oriented!

Free parking on Maple and nearby streets. Pay attention to signs for restrictions. I came here for an event and the work space is nice and spacious. The place is clean and well maintained. The view from the 12th floor is amazing. I would go back for another event.

Cool modern looking building in the middle of Burbank. It’s sleek with a simple black and white design. Lobby has modern furniture as well as large works of art. There’s an Olive and Thyme in the lobby, but it’s rarely staffed. There’s also a pool table and arcades tucked away in the back of the lobby.
