On behalf of the Board of Directors for the Presidential Heights #1 Community Association in San Clemente, I want to commend the work performed by Precision Construction & Painting on our community of 286 attached homes. Following a highly competitive bidding process, Precision was contracted to paint the exterior stucco and wood trim on 51 total buildings. The project was completed on budget and within 10 months; two months sooner than initial timeline projections. In our community, homeowners are responsible to ensure the exterior stucco and wood trim surfaces on their units are suitable for painting. Precision’s construction section provided a competitive repair option for homeowners who elected to use this service. Over the course of the project, Precision staff provided advanced project notifications and extended every effort to minimize the disruption to homeowners. Precision staff also provided the Association with weekly progress reports and photos. We particularly want to commend the painting crew members who coordinated daily with homeowners and provided assistance with moving and/or protecting plants, exterior furniture and vehicles. An exceptional job was performed to cleanup each building site after paint completion. We will look to Precision Construction & Painting for future projects.
