If you are looking for a company that can provide a quality sign bracket in a timely manner I would not recommend using this company. I work for a small sign company and we were looking for a bracket with lighting which we found on their website. Nothing on the website stated the item was backordered or that shipping might be difficult so we placed the order thinking it would arrive in a standard 3 weeks. I placed the order on April 14th and in my receipt email it stated the estimated ship date would be April 22nd. I understand estimates are sometimes off by a week or two so I figured I would receive the product in a timely fashion. On May 1st I received another email saying the shipment would be delayed until June 3rd. Patiently again we just pushed back our installation date and reworked our schedule with our disappointed client to fit a June install date. Then we received another email on June 6th saying the shipment was delayed yet again until June 24th so we emailed back and forth with our rep and we tried to work out if there were any alternative brackets that would work for our project. We resolved our immediate issue by splitting the shipment into two pieces so that the base of the bracket would ship separately from the lighted fixture. We finally ended up receiving the fixtures on July 7th almost 3 months after the order date. I wish they would have stated on their website that the item was not readily in stock or that ship dates were months behind because based off of the initial purchase email we were told it would be a 2 week delivery time. We installed the sign shortly after and it has been up since July. Now, 7 months later, we get a call from our client saying the bracket is broken and the sign is damaged from the broken bracket slamming into it. We called to get a new bracket thinking it would be under warranty and were told that they only warranty their product for 90 days. We spent $600 on a bracket we waited 3 months for for it to break 7 months later and then told we cannot be compensated for it. Aside from being out a bracket, now we have to repair our client's sign because we warranty all of our products for 5 years. Understandably we will not be using this company again.

The customer service for this company is abysmal, the stock list is inaccurate, materials are inferior, and the warranty is pathetic. 90 days for a $500 bracket? I have installed brackets, of far superior quality, that have held in place for 15+ years with ZERO issue. The last 3 Sign Bracket Store products I have purchased, within 6 months of installation, have snapped IN HALF and the Sign Bracket Store refuses to accept fault or refund me. take your money elsewhere.

I ordered a wooded yard sign post and was told it would be shipped right a way. Last week when it didn't arrive I emailed and was told it would ship out this Monday. Tuesday when I had not received tracking information I emailed again. Today Thursday having never received an answer to my email I called and was told the sign was in the warehouse and it should be shipped out today. I find this sort of run around unprofessional and I will not be making purchases from the Sign Bracket Store in the future.

Jessica was great to work with! Customized a bracket we needed and had it designed, manufactured, and shipped out to us under their estimated ship time! Will definitely be ordering from Sign Bracket Store again!
